Mobile Asphalt Concrete Production Facility

Overview

  • The FR System is a technology that enables the rapid on-site production and supply of functional asphalt mixtures using the Mobile Asphalt Concrete Production Facility (FR-APS and FR-S).
  • It utilizes ton-bag asphalt (pre-mix mixture) containing a medium-to-low-temperature asphalt additive.
  • Heated asphalt paving can be applied even in remote and island areas without asphalt plants, enabling quick and efficient road maintenance and repair.
  • It is an eco-friendly asphalt production and supply system that enables on-site production of colored asphalt and various functional asphalt types.

REMIX Construction Method

  • Cutting after laying Supplementary Repair Material (Aggregate + AP + Recycling Additives + Modifier: Ton-Bag Asphalt)
  • A Type : Cutting after spraying Liquid Supplementary Material (AP + Recycling Additives + Modifier) : 100% reuse of recycled aggregates
  • B Type : Cutting after spraying Liquid Supplementary Material and aggregate : 100% recycled material with 10~30% aggregate supplement
  • Ton-Bag asphalt concrete (Using recycling modifier additives)
  • Production by mixing with Ton-Bag Supplementary Repair Material
  • After spraying ton-bag asphalt mixed with recycling modifier additives, cold-cut together.
  • Heating and mixing cut materials on-site for production and paving
  • Laying Ton-Bag Supplementary Repair Material after adjusting the particle-size distribution of crushed aggregate

REPAVE Construction Method

  • Ton-Bag asphalt concrete (Modifying type, Low-noise type)
  • Agg. size : 6 mm
  • Apply recycling additives to the surface, perform cold cutting, then mix with waterproof asphalt additives to produce and lay recycled waterproof asphalt.
  • Apply a functional thin layer of Ton-Bag asphalt (Modified asphalt, Low-noise asphalt) on top.

Construction sequence

Applications : Field Recycling (On-site fixed setup)

1. Aggregate Drying Process

  • Heat to 70~100℃ (Moisture content below 0.5%)
  • Drying method : Dryer, Heating Mixer, FR System
  • If the specifications are met, 100% of recycled aggregates can be used.

2. Production Process

  • Feed dried aggregates, asphalt, and low-temperature additives (In case of using recycled aggregates, recycling additives need to be added.) into the FR System, and conduct heating and mixing process at medium-low temperature for production.
  • Place dried aggregates, asphalt, and low-temperature additives into the FR System, and heat them at low temperatures for production.
